Coronavirus Update - extra services from 31 May

14th Apr onwards

From Sunday 31 May, in response to the government's coronavirus advice, we'll be increasing our bus services. Most bus services that are currently running on lockdown timetables will have extra journeys, and many routes that were suspended at the start of the crisis will return. Full details are on our website or view timetables on the EY Buses app, selecting the date you wish to travel.
We ask that you follow some simple, common sense advice when using buses: use contactless payments or app tickets where possible, wash your hands before/after travelling, cover your mouth/nose with a tissue if you cough/sneeze, and if you have any coronavirus symptoms, however mild, do not travel.

Brook Street closed

18th May - 14th Jun

Brook Street in Hull will be closed from 18 May until around 14 June for roadworks, whilst the pavement is replaced.
Please note NEW diversion.
Buses from Spring Bank will do the city centre loop all day (including 3pm-6pm) to get to the Interchange.
Buses from Anlaby Road will use the city centre loop, but then go past Brook Street, up Spencer Street and into the back of the Interchange via Park Street.
Beverley Road buses will use the city centre loop all day and then use Ferensway into the Interchange.
Buses from East Hull will take their normal route into the city centre, and then will use Spencer Street and Park Street to get into the back of the Interchange.

A165 closure

11th May onwards

From Tuesday 26 May until Monday 1 June part of the A165 will be closed near Gristhorpe bypass, Filey. During this time buses won't be able to use the bypass. Buses from Scarborough will divert by following the normal route to Cayton Bay, and then divert via Carr Lane (Cayton Carrs), left from Muston onto the A1039, right at the roundabout at the junction of the A165/A1039, resuming normal route on Scarborough Road in Filey. Buses into Scarborough will go left from the A1039/A165 roundabout (Scarborough Road, Filey), then right into Muston to follow the above route in reverse.
Stops at Killerby, Lebberston and Gristhorpe can't be served.
Please note there are some uneven road surfaces on the route, so buses may have to travel slower than normal, which might cause minor delays.
