These may affect your journey
- Affected routes:
Main Street & Bridlington Balk will be closed from Monday 23 September for up to 5 weeks, 09:15-15:15. During this time Service 136 will divert via Grange Road & A165 in both directions. Stops on Main Street will be missed but the bus can be caught on the green outside The Tiger public house on the A165, on both sides of the road. Buses outside of the daytime hours should be able to use their normal routes.
From 30 September there will be a new route for Bridlington-York Services 45 & 46.
Buses will now take a new route in York, going via Melrosegate up to Heworth, and serving East Parade, Layerthorpe and Stonebow in and out of York. Station Rise will still be served, as before. The new route will give Heworth residents extra buses to York City Centre.
More buses will go via York University, but buses will no longer go into Dunnington village.
Some of the short journeys which start/finish in Pocklington will be renumbered to Service X47, but will still run the same times and route, including serving the villages of Barmby Moor and Wilberfoss.

Roadworks near Falsgrave are causing significant delays for Scarborough Locals, Coaster and Service 128. These are expected to last around 4 weeks.
Coppergate will be closed for eastbound traffic from Sunday 1 September for up to 8 weeks.
Services heading out of York will divert via Clifford Street, Tower Street & Piccadilly. Buses will serve stop TG on Clifford Street and PD on Piccadilly.
Services heading into York will not be affected.
