Customer Service Update - Bus Phone Line Returns!

The Travel Centre at Hull Paragon Interchange will close permanently at 2 pm on Friday, 19 December 2025. While the travel centre will no longer be open, there’s no need to worry. Our Customer Service team will continue to assist with all bus enquiries, and our customer service line will reopen to support customers.
