Thanks for all your understanding over the last few months. It’s good to be back.

Coronavirus Update

14th Apr onwards

Update: 1 July 2020
Buses are now running to enhanced special timetables. From Sunday 5 July we'll be going back to our normal timetables on nearly all routes - see timetables on the timetable page.
Current advice is that you should only travel if your journey is essential, to keep buses clear for those who need them most, for example key workers.
Due to social distancing, buses can only carry a small number of passengers. We want to keep buses clear for those who need them most, such as key workers travelling to work, so travel at quiet times if you can. Plan your journeys around quiet times using our When2Travel journey planner on our website.
It is possible some journeys may become full. The bus will then show 'Bus Full' on the destination display, and will not stop to pick anyone else up. You will have to wait for the next bus. This has only happened very rarely so far, and you can help keep buses clear by travelling at quiet times. If the last bus of the day on a particular route becomes full, we will either send a second bus out, or we will continue to pick people up even after social distancing capacity is reached, so no one is left stranded.
You will have to wear a face covering when you travel on the bus - see more details on our website.
Please use contactless payments or buy a ticket in advance on our app. We are still accepting cash if you have no alternative.
Please remember social distancing both at your stop, and on board the bus. Keep two metres apart, and follow signage on the buses which show you where to sit, and what to do when alighting.
If you have a disability and need assistance our drivers are still there to help. Simply speak to the driver as you board.
We have been cleaning our buses even more thoroughly since the crisis began, with cleaners at busy points to clean buses between journeys, extra cleaning of handrails and seats, and disinfectant 'fogging' of buses.
Wash your hands or use hand sanitiser before and after every journey. We do not provide hand sanitiser on the buses, so please bring your own if you do not have hand washing facilities at the start/end of your journey.
All our Travel Centres are currently closed, but you can get advice from BusLine by ringing 01482 59 29 29, open 8am-6pm Monday-Friday and 10am-4pm Saturday.
