Hull: Calvert Lane Closure.

Hull: Calvert Lane will be closed to all through traffic from the 16 May until 10 July. During the closure diversions will be in place as follows. Delays are to be expected with Albert Ave and Walton Street being busier than normal. Service 63: Diversion via Albert Avenue and Spring Bank West in both directions. Services 296, 297 and 298: Diversion via Spring Bank West, Albert Ave and Anlaby Road in both directions. (The 296 from West Bulls will be operating 15 minutes earlier to allow for congestion and to get schoolchildren who have exams to get in on time.) Services 925, 926, 931 and 939: AM: diversion via Anlaby Road, Albert Ave, Spring Bank West and Chanterlands Ave in the morning. PM: diversion via Chanterlands Ave, Spring Bank West, Walton Street and Anlaby Road. Service H4: The service will have to operate in the opposite direction to normal on Spring Bank West and then divert via Walton Street and Anlaby Road to rejoin normal route at Jobes Cycles. (This service will run 10 minutes earlier from the starting point to allow for congestion) Service BC0: Diversion from North Road via Boothferry Road, Anlaby Road, Albert Ave and Spring Bank West in both directions. *UPDATE* Roadworks are now in place on Albert Avenue also, this is causing more delays in the area as we follow our diversion route.
