If you're 19 and under and live in Hull, KAT Cards are a great way to get around.
It's a Hull bus pass, valid anywhere in Hull, Anlaby, Cottingham, Hessle, Wawne and Willerby. It can be used on East Yorkshire AND Stagecoach buses, and you can use it for an unlimited number of journeys.
And the best news? It's only £10 a week.
To get a KAT Card, pop into Hull Interchange and go to the East Yorkshire Travel Centre. You'll need to take proof of age and proof you live in Hull. You can buy a smartcard for just £1, plus £10 for a week of travel. Then just hop on the bus and put your card on the ticket machine, and it'll be valid for as many journeys as you like for a week. Once you've got your card, you can top it up with a further week's travel on any East Yorkshire or Stagecoach bus.
The KAT Card is funded by Hull City Council's bus lane penalty charges, and is a partnership between the council, East Yorkshire, Stagecoach and the Young People's Parliament.
