Changes to timetables from January

From 3 January we'll be making changes to some services, including buses in Hull, from Hull to Hedon and Withernsea, from Hull to Brough and Goole and from Goole to Rawcliffe.

From 3 January our buses between Hull, Brough & Goole will change.
Service 155 & X55 will change to become new EastRider Service X5 and new Service 55.
New EastRider Service X5 will be a fast new coach service between Goole, Howden, Gilberdyke, Newport, Elloughton, Brough, Hull Royal Infirmary & Hull. It's limited stop, so you get to your destination quicker, and the coach has comfy seats, air conditioning, WiFi and plug sockets so you can make the most of your journey. The new fast EastRider Service X5 will run alongside new Service 55. This route will continue to serve villages such as North Cave, South Cave, Welton & Melton, and will not also provide a link to Melton Business Park & Bridgehead Business Park, although it will no longer enter the centre of Hessle.
There'll be more buses between Gilberdyke/Newport and Hull, including on Sundays.
The Service 155A/155B which call at South Hunsley School will continue to run with minor changes to times, although Service 155B will be renumbered 156.
From 3 January our buses between Withernsea, Hedon & Hull will change.
Services 75, 76 & 77 will change to become new EastRider Service X7 and new Service 75.
New EastRider Service X7 will be a fast new bus service between Withernsea, Hollym, Patrington, Ottringham, Keyingham, Thorngumbald and Hedon straight down Hedon Road to Hull City Centre. It's a more direct route, so you get to your destination quicker, and the buses have comfy seats, WiFi and USB chargers so you can make the most of your journey. The new fast EastRider Service X7 will run alongside EastRider Service 75, which will continue to serve villages such as Burstwick, and will use the current Service 75 route via Hedon Road and Holderness Road into Hull City Centre. The Eastrider Service 75 will also have more comfortable seats, WiFi and USB chargers.
The new bus features (USB chargers etc) will be rolled out throughout January.
Times will change for these services.
Service 152 will now serve Hessle & Bridgehead Business Park, with more journeys at busy times.
Service 153 will only run between Hull and Swanland, no longer serving North Ferriby.
Sunday times for these buses will change slightly from 3 January. Monday-Saturday times will stay the same, and there are no changes to the route.
From 4 January an extra journey will be added in each direction, and times will change to spread the journeys throughout the day.

From 4 January times and routes will change for these buses, with Service 78 now serving Preston, giving more buses to this village. The Service 78 now no longer goes via the Marina and Humber View, so you'll have a quicker and more direct journey into Hull.

New Shuttle Service 178 will run between Hull, the Marina & Humber View, instead of Service 78.
There will be minor changes to the times of Service 277. The route will not change.
