What better way to start the festive season than by sipping hot chocolate and browsing the stalls of Beverley Festival of Christmas.
The event is back again on Sunday 8 December, with 120 stalls, including unique gift ideas, handmade trinkets and street food. You can also watch Santa and his reindeer parade from Wednesday Market to Saturday Market, and there'll be live music, carols and dancing.
The festival is free entry, and it's open 10am-4pm.
It's easy to get there on the bus, as Beverley Bus Station is just a minute's walk from the main event in Saturday Market.
There's also a Park and Ride from Beverley Racecourse, which runs every 10 minutes to and from the town. It's just £1 return per adult, and children travel for free. The first bus departs at 9am, with the last bus at 4.25pm.
